JCPenney

We were contracted to perform the complete demolition of the former JCPenney building at Foothills Mall to make way for a new BJ’s Wholesale.

Lindsey Nelson Stadium

We were contracted to demolish the existing press box structure at Lindsey Nelson Stadium at the University of Tennessee. The press box was cantilevered over the existing precast seating that remained. We had to remove the press box piece by piece consisting of structural steel and large precast pieces.

Middle Tennessee State University

We took down some buildings at Middle Tennessee State University to open up some land on their beautiful campus.

Morristown

We were contracted to cleanup and finish the demolition of a four story building in downtown Morristown that caught fire and collapsed onto the streets around the building. We also had to clean up and haul off the asbestos that was inside the building at the time of collapse. There was an adjacent building that we had to protect during our work and also protect the streets and pedestrians.

Pulaski

We were contracted with the City of Pulaski to perform the complete demolition of an existing 66,000 square foot building. We demolished the building and graded the lot for future use by the city.

Smyrna High School

We performed the complete demolition of the existing school in phases to make way for a new addition and interior upgrades at the high school. This is a look at the kitchen phase of the project.
